Placing a ‘For Sale’ sign on your property for optimum exposure;
Creating colour feature sheets about your property for posting and open house handouts;
Advertising your home in Real Estate Weekly, the Delta Optimist, the South Delta Leader or other relevant local and real estate related publications;
Introducing your property at the weekly Open House for real estate professionals and keeping them informed about your property via office pages, texting and interoffice communications systems;
Arranging, at your consent, weekend Open Houses and private viewings in order to increase traffic and exposure to your property;
Communicating with you the results of any Open Houses and private viewings;
Providing prompt responses to any realty related concerns or questions you may have;
Keeping you informed regarding any market changes and conditions that may affect the sale of your home;
Advising you on all of your realty considerations through to the possession date and beyond.
