Biography + Philosophy

My goal is to understand the wishes and needs of my clients, and strive to build long-term relationships to help them with all of their real estate decisions, whether they occur today, next week, next month or in the years to come. I am a firm believer in exceeding expectations and going the extra mile for my clients, every time.

I graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Anthropology. Studying the diverse belief systems and cultures of the world has equipped me with an understanding and sensitivity towards people's individual world views and differing needs and reflects my genuine interest in people's well-being. I have a long and abiding interest in negotiation and conflict resolution, which I also bring to my real estate practice. Having lived in South America, I speak Spanish fluently, with conversational German and Portuguese.

After university I went on to a successful career as a dressage professional at the international level (which is one of the Olympic equestrian disciplines). I trained and competed in Los Angeles for twenty years, obtaining my national coaching and judging licensures, while training with some of the most elite European instructors. My commitment to excellence in the highly competitive world of professional dressage has translated well into my career as a real estate agent. I bring integrity, exacting detail, focus and superior service to my clients, able to address their needs and balance that with my knowledge of the real estate market.

As a past member of the Muncipality of Delta's volunteer Community Planning Advisory Committee and previously on the Delta Housing Task Force, I have insight into Delta's community planning initiatives, land use projections and building applications. Working on these task forces has also given me the ability to work closely with City Council and Municipal Hall, and a unique perspective on the Delta real estate market.
